Birthday and Jet Ski

Happy Birthday to Jonas Dad!!!

We rented a jet ski to celebrate our anniversary.  It was SUCH A BLAST!!!  Well except for the night before when I was SO SICK at the hotel! :(

Maelie had her piano recital and did a great job playing Hedwig's Theme and The Entertainer.  The kids have been doing awesome in swimming lessons.  We went to the IDEA museum with cousins.  Maelie is still enjoying archery, one week left.  We love to go get free lunch at Mesquite Junior High and then go swimming in the afternoons.

On Fast Sunday, Kyla's teacher passed out rice crispy treats to all those who weren't fasting.  Kyla said she was the only one in her class to not take a rice crispy treat, including her teachers!  I am so impressed by her and happy that she made a right choice especially when it would have been so easy for her to eat that rice crispy treat because everyone else was!
