San Diego
We decided to take a quick getaway to San Diego the weekend before Christmas since the Mesa temple is being renovated and we needed to see temple light!! We surprised the kids right after their half day of school on Friday. So fun! We drove there that day and had dinner at Seaport Village right by our hotel. It was an awesome hotel with a great breakfast but we didn't love the expensive valet parking. Saturday we went whale watching, to the USS Midway, and Coronado beach. Sunday we went to church, Mormon Battalion, La Jolla, and the Temple! Monday (Christmas Eve) we drove home. :):):)
