Turtle, pickles, Down Syndrome Walk, dates, and other fun!

Lea the tortoise disappears so it's fun when we find her again!  Beehives made pickles! I took each kid on a date on Memorial Day!  Maelie had vocal performance pictures!  We went on a Down Syndrome Walk, go Team Maizy!!  McDonald's and the park while Jonas and Maelie were in Canada and other fun!

Claire's Shunt Surgery

Dr Bragg has been watching Claire closely and decided it was time for her to get a shunt to drain the fluid on her brain because there was just too much of it and it wasn't being absorbed. Surgery went really well and was much quicker and easier than her cyst fenestration surgery. We stayed a day and a half at the hospital instead of 3 days like last time. Claire is doing awesome, almost completely back to herself already! We are so grateful and hope the shunt will help her.
