Leo the Turtle is in Turtle Heaven

That was so so sad, especially for Maelie when she found out her turtle was dead.  She cried and cried.  We buried her in my parent's backyard next to my childhood dog D.O.G. We sang a song My Heavenly Father Loves Me and had a prayer.  Maelie decorated the grave.  So sad.

Valentine's Day

Kyla got pix with her pets for her student of the week poster.  She is really loving her guinea pig Chester!

Valentine's Day was on Sunday this year.  The Monday before the girls gave the lesson "Love one Another" On Sunday, I had to teach sharing time.  Jonas made us pink heart pancakes.  We had a good day hanging as a family.  We made chocolate covered strawberries.  Yum!  There was no school the day after for President's Day so the kids had a sleepover.  

We had a friend's party at Emily's house the week before.  Lisa and her kids were also there.  We played games, had snacks, and let the kids play. (pic of Jaxon and Kyla holding their pet snake and Maelie made a rainbow out of conversation hearts after we played minute to win it!)  I'm blessed with good friends.  Emily, Lisa, Caroline, and Kristen surprised me with a night out for ice cream and a baby shower.  Fun times!

Baby Claire needs to come out, I feel like I'm going to POP!!!  I went to Canyon's Valentine Party.  All the other kids enjoyed their parties.  I'm so happy they all seem to be doing well in school and loving it for the most part.  

I love my Valentine!  

President's Day - Castle's n Coasters

It was a little rough going to Castle's N' Coaster 38 weeks pregnant, but I made it!  The kids had fun! :) Afterwards we went to Souper Salad!
