Canyon's Baseball, Canyon's Kindergarten Field Trip, and Cuteness!!!

I took Claire to get her shunt adjusted.  She is doing well!!
Claire loves the water fountain by Inspire!
Canyon learned to ride his bike! No more training wheels!
I got to go with Canyon on his Kindergarten Field Trip to Schnepf Farms.  Emily also went with her daughter Mikayla and we got to be in the same group.  Fun times!
Ha!  Claire had to use her baby carseat once, probably not the safest thing, but technically she's still under 30 pounds! She loves baths!
Canyon has been having fun playing baseball with cousin Holden!
Guess this is a Claire and Canyon post! =)

Pacemaker!!!

After passing out in March and July and getting some heart testing done I got a tilt table test done on September 25th.  There is a pic of what the table looks like.  They put me up to almost standing all the way to see if I would pass out and they monitor me closely trying to figure out why. I almost passed out and when my dr gave me drugs to induce stress I passed out and they were able to see what's wrong.  I have vasovagal syncope and had bradycardia with complete heart block when I passed out.  She said I needed a pacemaker!  So on October 5th I had surgery to place it.  Dr Yilma did it at Banner Heart Hospital.  I thought I had to stay overnight but they cleared me to go home that afternoon.  For some reason they didn't give me medication so I was just taking Tylenol.  I had a really rough night and couldn't sleep well.  I was feeling really bad about 6 am and went to tell Jonas, I got really dizzy like I get before I pass out.  Jonas was guiding me to the bed and I passed out into the bed.  I wasn't supposed to pass out with a pacemaker!  We called 911 since I was feeling so bad and Jason came over to be with the kids.  The firefighters and paramedics did lots of testing and then put me on the gurney and took me to the ambulance.  We went to Banner Baywood ER.  Lots more testing and then I got checked into the hospital for over night.  The pacemaker guy and my Dr came to see me.  She said my passing out was getting worse, good thing we caught it and my heart was trickier than we originally thought.  They adjusted my pacemaker to have a higher resting heart rate and will hopefully keep me from passing out.  I feel totally traumatized!  Thought I was going to die a couple times there!  Now I'm trying to be patient with recovery.  It's hard not being able to use my arm above my head or lift Claire.  But I'll get there!  Hopefully things will calm down with our family's health!!!

Stick Pull, Quidditch, and cute kids!

Jaxon and cousin Zac got to play stick pull at Cub Scouts.  They beat their Uncle Jason!  I'm sure grateful for my sweet kids who teach me to appreciate simple life.  We played Quidditch for combined YW that us beehives were in charge of.  We also did service stations.  Such a great group of girls!!
