Happy Independence Day!!
We had a great 4th of July! We made fun shirts the day before. On the 4th we went to our ward breakfast and parade. The kids loved the parade. I was surprised how Canyon went to line up with the others and had so much fun riding his trike around! In the afternoon we had a BBQ at my parents and then went swimming at cousin LaMar's house who was out of town. Then we went home and got our PJ's on, did some fireworks out back and then found a field to watch Gilbert's fireworks. Great day! We are so blessed to live in this beautiful country!
swimming lessons
This summer we have been having swimming lessons at Shannon's pool with Trevon as their awesome teacher. The kids have loved it and made progress and Canyon and I loved it because we got to swim during lessons instead of watching in the heat! Jaxon had his lesson with Zacary (no pic) after the girls had their lesson.

Maelie went to a week long musical theater camp with Kailin and Karsyn and had a great time! They had a little show at the end. Kailin and Maelie performed a piano duet Heart and Soul, so good!
