It's a girl!!

I got an ultrasound on September 29th and it's a Girl!  I was surprised and I'm very excited!  Now to pick a name!

Fall break - the farm!

It's fall break!!  Yesterday morning we went to Vertuccio Farm!  It was a great time, but a little too hot!  We need fall to come NOW!!  The kids brought home a baby pumpkin to paint.  They also had some fun play dates yesterday afternoon.  We were supposed to go to the IDEA museum with friends today but Canyon has a croupy sounding cough. :(

Roomie Reunion

I had such a fun weekend up in Rexburg, Idaho for a roommate reunion!  It was so great!  Emily and I flew to Idaho Falls on Friday afternoon.  Her sweet grandparents picked us up at the airport and we stayed at their house.  When Ashlee and Kristen got in, they picked us up and we went to Rexburg.  We drove around, it has grown so much!  Then we had dinner at a little Mexican place.  Then we went to the Rodeo.

Saturday morning we went to the temple, was so great!  Then we went to lunch at Cafe Rio, Nephi and Andrea met us there.  Was so good to see them!  We walked around a bit and then went to the Gentri concert which was amazing!  We also got to meet up with Jessica and her kids for the rest of the night.  We went over To Carriage House, looks exactly the same. Loved seeing places that looked the same!  Then we went to the Haunted Hay Maze, so much fun!!!

Sunday morning we borrowed Nephi's convertible and went to church with Ashlee's Aunt.  Church was great and nice without any kids. ;)  Ashlee separated from us and went out visiting family.  Emily, Kristen, and I went on campus, had a picnic lunch in the gardens and just hung out. Jessica and her kids met us there.  Later we went back to Emily's grandparents and chilled for the rest of the night.  

Monday, it was just Emily and I left.  We went back to campus to shop at the bookstore.  I tried to contain myself and not buy the entire store. I visited Nephi and Andrea while she visited a friend from her mission.  Then we went back to Grandma's, helped her catch a cat and other stuff.  Then they took us to the airport, where we found the random photo booth. :)

I felt myself again this weekend.  I'm going to try to remember myself in day to day life, to have more fun and to enjoy the moment!  It was a great recharge weekend!
