Kids have been wanting a turtle! On Saturday, I told them if they can earn $100 we can get a tortoise. They put all the money they had in the turtle fund. They did tons of chores and then they had a lemonade stand. They did it!! I can't believe it. Even Maelie's friend Trini helped. We compromised by going shopping for Tortoise stuff. We will get the tortoise soon, I guess. Sigh...
